Job summary

Via is seeking a hands-on Utility Worker to maintain buses, support vehicles, and facility grounds. This in-person role supports operations with custodial tasks, minor repairs, and project assistance at the Fort Walton Beach location.

You will be an action-oriented executor who passes pre-employment checks and can work flexible hours as needed. Starting wage details are provided upon hire; successful candidates will undergo background and drug screenings and must be at least 21 years old.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Willing to perform multi-tasking and wear multiple hats.
• Successful completion of a drug test, criminal background check, and motor vehicle records check is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Upkeep, sanitize, and detail buses and support vehicles to ensure safety and comfort for riders and staff.
• Perform general building and grounds upkeep, custodial tasks, and minor repairs to keep facilities clean and safe.
• Support the operations team with miscellaneous tasks, move equipment, organize workspaces, and assist with special projects.
• Additional duties may be discussed during interview and evolve with operational needs.
