FuntoNetwork is seeking a Transit Facility Construction Superintendent for a Design‑Build upfit project in a transit context. The role focuses on leading field work, coordinating subcontractors, managing schedules, and maintaining rigorous documentation aligned with the RFP scope.

Ideal candidates will have experience in public-sector or regulated environments and can produce complete work products tied to acceptance criteria, with strong coordination and meticulous attention to deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience performing Transit Facility Construction Superintendent duties in public-sector or regulated environments.
• Ability to produce complete, reviewable work products tied to requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Strong documentation, stakeholder coordination, risk awareness and deadline discipline.
• Licenses, certifications, clearances, or local delivery capacity when required by the solicitation.

Responsibilities

• Manage field work, phasing around transit operations, subcontractors, schedule, site logistics, and daily documentation.
• Trace assigned work to the RFP scope, requirement or RTM row, deliverable, dependency, acceptance criterion, schedule milestone, and supporting evidence.
• Review official solicitation materials and addenda affecting this workstream; document assumptions, open items, exclusions, risks, and required client decisions.
• Prepare role‑specific technical inputs, work products, estimates, implementation details, quality records, and proposal or post‑award delivery evidence.
• Coordinate interfaces and handoffs with project management, business analysis, technical, field, quality, compliance, training, and operations workstreams.
• Maintain status, issue, decision, change, and evidence records and elevate blockers before they affect submission or delivery readiness.
