Qualifications

• Minimum combination of education and experience in transportation administration, project management, or facilities maintenance.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex budgets and schedules.
• Knowledge of contract administration and regulatory compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital and maintenance projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate design, procurement, construction, and vendor activities with internal teams and outside agencies.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and performance metrics; prepare status reports.
• Oversee contract lifecycle, including scoping, procurement, negotiation input, and closeout.
• Develop and deliver project presentations to management, boards, and funders.
