Job summary

Transdev North America in Fulton County, GA is hiring for Dispatch. Our Dispatcher ensures the Dispatch team fills all routes and provides Operators with timely instructions and responses. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.

Transdev is offering a pay rate of $18.00 per hour for this role. This is a full-time position with benefits including vacation, sick leave, and medical/dental/vision coverage after the probation period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of transit experience preferred.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee road service and trip performance measures, i.e. route start time, on-time performance, incidents.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns about no shows, cancellations, and missed trips.
• Manage vehicle operator emergency situations & escalated calls.
• Manage department reports and other communication tools.
• Other duties as required.
