You will collaborate with staff, board members, and community partners to identify data needs and develop performance measures, while building dashboards and automated workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; experience writing reports and documents.
• Ability to analyze large data sets with an analytical mindset.
• Experience with statistical programming languages (R, Python) and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Collects, analyzes, and manages transit data to support service planning and operations.
• Collaborates with staff, board members, and partners to identify data needs and performance measures.
• Develops dashboards, automated workflows, and open data resources; maintains data quality and timely reporting.
• Prepares reports, plans, and public-facing materials; supports outreach activities.
• Maintains data management policies and SOPs; performs other duties as assigned.
