Job summary

Link Transit is seeking Coach Operators to help connect people to work, healthcare, and community spaces. No commercial driving experience required—CDL training is provided with paid training to help you earn your license.

New operators start at $30.19/hour, increasing to $31.10/hour after training completion. Benefits include comprehensive coverage for you and your family, PERS retirement, Teamsters representation, and paid holidays and vacation.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Valid Washington State driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Availability to work any day of the week and various shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate transit vehicles safely on assigned routes, schedules, and service requirements.
• Provide courteous, professional service and assist passengers as needed.
• Complete required pre-trip inspections and report any defects or safety concerns.
• Document and communicate effectively with dispatch and supervisors to support reliable service.
