Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years related experience required.
• High proficiency with MS Office Suite and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Support external customers and Vontas staff with problem tracking.
• Coordinate in-person and remote customer meetings and training.
• Manage maintenance agreements with assigned clients.
