Qualifications

  • Roles at this level are filled by recent or soon to be university/college graduates with little or no professional experience but possessing relevant skills
  • Preferred bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, data analytics, economics, mathematics, or a relevant field
  • Minimum of a cumulative 3.0 GPA on a 4.0 scale

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and report within projects, including analysis of businesses’ technical performance indicators and costs
  • Identify, rank and manage risks
  • Develop financial models to support investment decisions
  • Research, review, clean and analyze data to facilitate the development of well-supported, value-add solutions to customers’ most complex challenges
  • Create and design client-facing presentations, proposals, reports and spreadsheets
  • Work on a variety of projects with exposure to several industries, geographies, and project types
  • Undertake potentially frequent international travel to client/project sites or other Hatch offices to co-locate with teams
  • Remain updated on the industry, competitors and trends with a view to ensuring Hatch's services best align to market needs

Hatch is seeking a dynamic Transit Business Analyst. Reporting to the Infrastructure group, you will support offices globally working from our Denver, CO office location.

As the successful candidate, you will:

  • Development of general business project skills and/or greater depth of knowledge within an industry or functional specialization
  • Identifyand engage new clients to grow the practice
  • Remainupdated on the industry,competitorsand trends with a view to ensuring that Hatch's services best align to market needs
  • Constantly develop and review client’s approach
You bring to the role:
  • Ability to write Power BI reports
  • Strong leadership initiative, commitment to excellence and personal growth
  • Keen interest in mining, metals, energy, or infrastructure and supporting technical and business management
  • Strongproficiencyin Microsoft office suite,specifically PowerPoint and Excel

Compensation:

Range: $65,000 – $70,000

At Hatch, we are committed to fair andequitablecompensation practices.In accordance withlegislated pay transparency requirements, the expected salary range for this position is based on current market data and aligned with internal pay structures to ensure consistency and fairness.

Your individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills, experience,qualificationsand location. In addition to base pay, our total rewards package may include performance-based incentives, comprehensive benefits, and other programs designed to support your well-being and growth.
