Job summary

HNTB in New York seeks an architect with a passion for transit design to contribute to world-class stations and facilities, from renovations to new construction. You will collaborate with project architects and designers, producing design concepts and client presentation materials.

The role requires a BA in Architecture and at least two years of relevant experience, strong software skills (Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe CS), and ability to deliver clear graphic presentations and construction drawings on

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture and two years of relevant experience.
Proficient with Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience in preparing design and contract documents for architectural projects.

Responsibilities

Provides professional architectural consulting in planning, design and coordination of project assignments.
Applies architectural principles to a broad array of assignments and coordinates design solutions.
Responsible for technical design aspects including investigation, evaluation and recommendation of design solutions that meet client needs.
Produces graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and assists in construction drawings.
Works on medium-sized to large-scale projects as part of a collaborative team.
