Qualifications

• Minimum of 15+ years of experience as a project architect working within the rail/transit sector.
• Registered Licensed Architect in the State of New York is preferred.
• Strong presentation skills, both verbal and visual, are essential.

Responsibilities

• Work with an architectural/engineering team on designs and documents for transportation projects.
• Conduct site and construction inspections for information-gathering purposes.
• Lead and coach architectural staff.

Transit Architecture design experience

Excellent design and technical detailing

Education

Professional Degree in Architecture (M. Arch preferred)
