Job description

The purpose of this position is to lead and conduct minor mechanical, air-conditioner and electrical repairs, and performs janitorial and maintenance work. Monitors performance of outsourced service contract workers. The employee has a high degree of contact with city personnel and the public which requires tack and diplomacy. Employee must abide by and ensure all safety rules and regulations.
