Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience with proven experience as a Manufacturing Engineer or Process Engineer.
• Experience implementing process improvements and lean manufacturing principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for transformers focusing on efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Design and implement process engineering projects including machinery, layout, and workflow optimization.
• Conduct process simulations and modeling to predict production issues.
• Implement quality control processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform time studies to measure processes, identify bottlenecks, and improve productivity.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and finance to develop cost models.
• Analyze production data to assess improvements and make data-driven recommendations.
• Lead with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to boost efficiency.
