You will work across Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Design Engineering to support daily production, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement in winding, core assembly, testing, and final assembly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field required.
• 3–5 years of engineering experience in transformer manufacturing or heavy electrical equipment preferred.
• Hands-on experience with coil winding, insulation design, core assembly, or testing strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day production of transformer components including coil winding, insulation, core building, welding, tank assembly, and electrical testing.
• Analyze workflow bottlenecks and implement process improvements to increase throughput and reduce scrap.
• Standardize work instructions, SOPs, and production documentation.
• Improve layout and material flow to optimize takt time and reduce non-value-added activity.
• Provide engineering support to resolve manufacturing issues related to winding, core clamping, insulation failures, vacuum/oil processing, or HV/LV assembly.
• Lead root‑cause analysis (RCA) activities and corrective actions (CAPA).
