Job summary

Central Moloney in Pine Bluff, AR is seeking a Core Coil Assembler in our Manufacturing department. You will assemble transformer cores and related sub-assemblies, load and secure components, and ensure quality through testing and documentation.

This role requires a high school diploma and manufacturing experience; shift options and potential overtime are offered; safety is emphasized in this tobacco-free facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble transformer cores and sub-assemblies according to specifications and procedures.
• Load cores and coils, apply blocks and straps, and mark the order numbers.
• Test units with a TTR tester and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform rework to meet quality standards.
• Document units and update production tickets in AS400.
• Operate tools and equipment safely (forklifts, screw guns, air ratchets, etc.).
