Job summary

Delta Star Inc. is seeking a reliable Transformer Assembly Post Vapor Phase - Level 1 (Nights) team member to support transformer element builds under direct supervision.

You’ll learn crane operations, blueprint reading, and basic documentation while helping maintain quality and on-time delivery. In this entry-level role you’ll assist with material prep, staging, and assembly tasks, develop hands-on skills with ovens and vapor phase equipment, and contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background check, drug test, and physical.
• Ability to operate an overhead crane (or obtain/maintain certification) and read/learn to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Assist higher-level assemblers with transformer assembly tasks while following safety and quality standards.
• Prepare materials, staging, and movement to keep work flowing; develop crane rigging and blueprint reading skills.
• Complete DIRs accurately and on time; maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Read blueprints and learn to operate equipment safely; support element assembly tasks under supervision.
