You will operate tools, assist with loading/unloading, support crane operations, and help meet production schedules in a fast-paced environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 months of manufacturing experience; background checks and physicals may be required.

Delta Star Inc. is seeking a reliable and hands-on Production Worker to support manufacturing operations across multiple processes. This role plays a critical part in transformer production by assisting with assembly, material handling, and general production tasks while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
As a Production Worker, you’ll support a variety of production activities, including core stacking, element assembly, and final assembly. You’ll assist higher-level team members, operate tools and equipment, and help ensure production schedules are met safely and efficiently.
Your day may include assisting with assembly operations, setting up materials, supporting crane and rigging activities, and helping load or unload equipment such as ovens or vapor phase systems. You’ll use hand and power tools, help install components, prepare materials, and contribute to overall workflow across multiple production areas.
