Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a fast-paced production, manufacturing, or heavy industrial environment.
• Ability to interpret blueprints.
• Proficient with basic hand and power tools.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Fluent reading/writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist assemblers by loading ovens and operating cranes.
• Set up stacking tables and assemble transformer cores/elements.
• Apply epoxy to cores and land coils using appropriate tooling.
• Help manage inventory and support tanking/finaling tasks.
• Operate forklifts and man lifts safely and efficiently.
