Job summary

Rite of Passage Team is seeking a Justice Wraparound Specialist for the Rite Care Nebraska Program. This role focuses on coordinating services for youth involved in or at risk of juvenile justice, using wraparound principles to build support networks and develop individualized plans.

Responsibilities include intensive youth and family coordination, collaboration with schools and probation, and ensuring services are culturally competent and developmentally appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Human Services related field or Associate in Human Services related field with 1–2 years’ experience, or 4+ years’ related field experience.
• Direct experience providing direct care, case management, or family-centered services to at‑risk youth is preferred.
• Experience with juvenile probation, problem-solving courts, or youth-serving systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive, family-centered coordination for probation and problem-solving court–involved youth (18 and younger).
• Build formal and informal support teams and implement strength-based, developmentally appropriate plans.
• Ensure services are delivered in the least restrictive environment and coordinate with families, schools, and community providers.
