Job summary

Rite of Passage in Omaha, NE is hiring a Justice Wraparound Specialist to coordinate intensive, family-centered services for at-risk youth under 18 within the Juvenile Justice System. You will build formal and informal support teams and implement strength-based, culturally competent service plans.

Compensation starts at $52k/year with benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k matching after 1 year, and paid time off.

Qualifications

Direct care, case management or youth services experience is required or preferred.
Experience with juvenile probation, problem-solving courts or youth-serving systems is preferred.
Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
Education suitable for human services with related field degrees or experience.

Responsibilities

Provide intensive, family-centered coordination for probation and court-involved youth.
Build formal and informal support teams and implement strength-based service plans.
Deliver wraparound services in the least restrictive, most supportive environment.
Collaborate with families, schools, probation officers, and community providers.
