Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Special Education or related field.
• Valid Intervention Specialist license with the Ohio Department of Education or the ability to obtain.
• Clean BCI/FBI background checks.
• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
• Bachelor degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional and special education support across districts and Western Buckeye programs.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and adapt curriculum.
• Use a variety of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
• Maintain student progress data and ensure compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Collaborate with teachers and families and communicate effectively.
• Create a positive learning environment and support academic and behavioral growth.
