Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required.
• Current, active California Physical Therapist license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents within 24 hours of physician referral.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy treatment per approved plan.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and aides.
• Communicate resident progress with healthcare teams.
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on mobility.
