Arvin Post Acute is hiring a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) per-diem to join our rehab team in Arvin, CA. You will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to carry out treatment plans, promote mobility, and support patient independence in a skilled nursing setting.

Candidates should have an associate degree in PTA, maintain a California PTA license, and possess CPR certification. SNF or rehab experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Active California PTA license.
• CPR certification required.
• Experience in SNF or rehabilitation setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Document patient progress and communicate updates to the therapy team.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and medical staff to ensure coordinated care.
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and facility policies.
