Zusammenfassung

The Quality Improvement Coach supports early childhood educators and programs participating in Great Start to Quality through individualized, relationship-based coaching designed to strengthen effective teaching practices, including early literacy, and support continuous quality improvement.

As a LEPPT Trainer & Coach, you may provide statewide training and coaching to License-Exempt Providers, travel across the region, and collaborate with partners to advance program quality and child outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, child development, education, or a related field.
• Three to five years of relevant experience in early childhood education, coaching, or professional learning.
• Knowledge of early literacy, developmentally appropriate practices, and continuous quality improvement.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with educators and program leaders.
• Willingness to travel across the Resource Center region and participate in statewide initiatives.

Aufgaben

• Provide individualized Practice-Based Coaching with shared goals, observation, and feedback.
• Deliver in-person and virtual coaching visits and document activities in MiRegistry.
• Collaborate with centers, licensing, and community partners.
• Maintain confidentiality of program and participant information.
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement of Great Start to Quality coaching.
