Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in business, economics, public policy, statistics, data analytics, sociology, political science, social work, law, or a related field.
• GPA of 3.5 or above.
• At least two years of relevant experience in management consulting, economic/ public-sector or nonprofit consulting, project management, or program implementation and service operations.
• Experience independently leading workstreams and using project management software.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills; Tableau or Power BI is preferred; Zendesk is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined portions of engagements and produce analysis that is accurate and review-ready.
• Coordinate workflows, staffing, and training efforts for call center operations.
• Collect, validate, and analyze internal and external data with clear documentation of methods.
• Perform KPI calculations, trend analysis, and dashboard development in Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Conduct qualitative research via interviews, focus groups, surveys, and document review.
• Draft and refine standard operating procedures and escalation protocols.
• Prepare client deliverables that meet Stout standards for clarity, accuracy, and defensibility.
• Review junior team members' analyses and ensure quality controls with source support.
