Job summary

Stout seeks a skilled Associate for the Transformative Change practice in New York. You will manage defined workstreams, integrate quantitative data with stakeholder perspectives, and contribute to monitoring frameworks and reporting for clients including government entities and nonprofits.

You will collaborate with attorneys, data scientists, and client teams to deliver integrated work product, supervise junior staff, and maintain rigorous documentation under court and project deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong academic performance; GPA 3.5 or above (where required).
• At least two years of relevant experience in management consulting, economic consulting, public-sector or non-profit consulting, project management, or programme implementation.
• Experience leading workstreams independently and guiding junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Manage defined portions of engagements and produce accurate, traceable analyses.
• Coordinate workflow, timelines, and communication across stakeholders to meet project goals.
• Build operational workflows within CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk) and develop data-driven insights.
• Collect, validate, and analyze internal and external data for client deliverables.
• Prepare presentations, memoranda, and reports meeting client and Stout standards.
• Review analyses prepared by junior team members and ensure quality and documentation.
