The role joins a growing team of over 50 strategists working at the intersection of policy, philanthropy, and politics, with a hybrid Washington, DC work model.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of policy-related experience (research, legislative, communications, consulting).
• Strong writing and research skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to thoughtfully incorporate generative AI tools into work and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct policy research and landscape analyses; draft client-facing materials (slides, reports, briefs).
• Support client engagement, meetings, and events preparation and execution.
• Provide administrative and logistical support to client teams (scheduling, timelines, task lists, meeting notes).
• Support cross-functional firm needs.
