Johnson Brothers of Wisconsin is seeking a forward-thinking Office Manager to support Commercial and Operations. This role leads office administration and personnel, improves cross-functional processes, strengthens communication, and helps the branch operate accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver and transformational leader who anticipates needs, develops people, and drives sustainable improvements across departments in a fast-paced wholesale distribution

Qualifications

Five or more years of experience in office management, business administration, operations support, finance administration, or a related leadership role.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop office personnel by setting priorities and coaching employees.
Coordinate with Commercial, Customer Service, Inventory, Transportation, Warehouse, Finance, and HR.
Identify recurring errors and implement sustainable corrective actions.
Oversee accounts receivable/payable, payroll, and HR processes with corporate teams.
Improve customer service workflows and order accuracy.
Support inventory accuracy and financial controls with reporting.
