Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline is required.
• Minimum 10 years of fundraising and/or sales experience.
• Proven track record in soliciting large gifts and managing complex donor portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-year transformational fundraising effort with high-net-worth donors.
• Grow and manage an assigned portfolio including individuals, corporations, and foundations.
• Collaborate with national and regional teams to align donor proposals with organizational goals.
• Prepare presentations and proposals; secure meetings and solicit gifts.
