Responsibilities include managing a blended donor portfolio, soliciting high-value gifts, and collaborating with national and regional teams to align proposals with donor interests. Requires a minimum of 10 years' fundraising experience and a Bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of fundraising and/or sales experience in large organizations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy and manage a donor portfolio.
• Partner with field fundraisers to grow revenue among individuals, foundations, and corporations.
• Develop strategies to engage families, foundation decision-makers, and C-suite contacts.
• Prepare presentations and proposals; solicit to cultivate and grow relationships.
• Collaborate with national/regional offices to align objectives with donor interests.
• Recruit high-net-worth donors to support the American Red Cross.
