Guidehouse is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to support process improvement, modernization, and mission-focused initiatives for a federal law enforcement customer. You will work closely with Government stakeholders to assess, document, and improve investigative, analytical, and operational workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven analysis, and creation of SOPs, maps, and reporting products to drive continuous improvement in mission execution.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust.
• Active Public Trust or suitability preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of related experience in process improvement or business analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Develop process maps, workflows, SOPs and reporting products.
• Support implementation of process improvement initiatives and operational enhancements.
