Guidehouse is seeking a Finance & Accounting Consultant to support a Homeland Security–related government program in the Springfield, VA area. You will help transform financial management processes using analytics, automation, and modern data visualization tools, while engaging senior stakeholders and delivering actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, process improvement, business transformation or related field.
• Experience with FM standards and federal policy requirements (audit readiness, operational integrity).
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools (PowerBI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Transform FM processes with analytics and automation.
• Design, build, and support data visualization and low/no-code solutions.
• Perform production support and continuous improvement on solutions.
• Embed FM standards into solution design in partnership with stakeholders.
• Develop trainings, memos, and presentations for executives and process owners.
• Build project plans and provide status updates to clients.
