As a member of the Transformation team, you will support the complex and coordinated effort required to execute the enterprise strategy: accelerating our long-term vision by identifying opportunities, designing solutions, and implementing initiatives to fundamentally change the member, patient, provider, and associate experiences.The Transformation Office is modeled after top-tier management consultancies. Team members work on fast-paced, high-visibility projects aligned with the enterprise’s most important transformation priorities. Every day in the role is different, but activities often include solving complex business problems, developing industry analyses, building financial and business cases, conducting quantitative and qualitative research, managing cross-functional workstreams, and synthesizing insights into executive-level recommendations.Success in this role requires strategic thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfort working in fast-paced and ambiguous environments, and the ability to translate complex information into compelling executive-level stories and presentations. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$78,200 - $107,600 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
