CompassX is looking for a Solution Designer who can walk into a complex client environment, map what’s broken, and design credible paths forward from current state to practical future state. You’ll own the arc from discovery through roadmapping and design the individual solutions that execute against it.

Based in Southern California, this client‑facing role focuses on LA/OC engagements. You’ll facilitate workshops, align senior stakeholders, and bring AI into the consulting workflow to reshape

Qualifications

• 5–10 years in a consulting or client‑facing delivery environment.
• Experience mapping current and future states; design-focused.
• Ability to move from high‑level roadmaps to detailed requirements.
• Experience with service/UX design and product or digital components is a plus.
• Proven ability to align senior stakeholders and drive progress.
• Curiosity about how AI reshapes consulting delivery and client models.
• Based in LA or Orange County; on‑site client work in SoCal.

• Map the Landscape: lead current state assessments and stakeholder discovery.
• Design the Future State: create transformation roadmaps grounded in reality.
