Job summary

CompassX Group is seeking a Solution Owner (Data, Technology & AI) to partner with client executives from the earliest problem statements through design, build, and adoption. The role emphasizes shaping solutions, architectural integrity, and hands-on data/AI fluency, rather than traditional project management.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of consulting or solution design, a track record of senior client presence, and strong executive communication.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience spanning consulting, product ownership, and/or solution design.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary, trusted face of CompassX to senior client stakeholders and lead executive-level conversations that turn ambiguous business challenges into a clear solution direction.
• Own the design of the solution—shape the approach, validate it technically, and defend it under scrutiny; partner with architects and engineers to ensure architectural integrity.
• Evaluate data and AI use cases, discuss data pipelines and model approaches, and articulate where AI adds real value to the solution.
• Maintain delivery credibility with Agile, UAT, and data validation, with support from delivery specialists as needed; deliver design and ownership rather than just execution.
