Job summary

You will apply agile and traditional project methods, manage scope and risks, and engage with LOB leads and technology partners to enable cloud, AI/ML, and data analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or business analysis, with large-scale transformation exposure.
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM, Waterfall, and traditional change management practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage projects in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital and process transformation projects with cross-functional teams.
• Aid in evaluating and redesigning operating models for tech-driven trends.
• Apply agile and traditional methodologies to manage scope, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Oversee P&A and Controllers transformation projects, define scopes, plans, and delivery.
• Facilitate updates and alignments with LOB leads and technology teams.
• Document business requirements, test digital solutions, and develop training materials.
