Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA in Irving, TX is seeking a Transformation Project Analyst to support Growth and Productivity workstreams through business performance analysis, opportunity identification, portfolio reporting, and project execution support.

You will analyze trends, performance gaps, and initiative results to generate actionable insights that improve decision-making and accelerate value delivery. Collaboration with transformation managers and cross-functional teams is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in business operations, analytics, supply chain, or related functions.
  • Experience analyzing business performance metrics and identifying actionable improvement opportunities.
  • Strong capability in trend analysis, root-cause analysis, forecasting, and performance diagnostics.
  • Experience developing business cases and quantifying value opportunities.
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop reports, dashboards, presentations, and status updates for leadership reviews.
  • Monitor project performance and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate complex datasets into executive-ready insights and recommendations.
  • Facilitate communication across project teams to ensure alignment and follow-through.
  • Track and elevate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Maintain project schedules, milestones, action items, and deliverables.

The Transformation Project Analyst supports Growth and Productivity workstreams through business performance analysis, opportunity identification, portfolio reporting, and project execution support.
