Job summary

CFGI is seeking a Senior Manager to lead PMO services and transformation initiatives, guiding programs from strategy through execution. You will orchestrate several concurrent workstreams, manage risks and dependencies, and partner with senior leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience leading business and technology projects in consulting or enterprise environments.
• Several years of experience leading transformation programs from strategy through successful implementation.
• Experience personally leading complex transformation programs—not simply participating in them.
• Proven ability to orchestrate multiple concurrent workstreams with cross-functional and executive-level dependencies.
• Built integrated program plans that connect people, priorities, governance, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes.
• Experience influencing stakeholders at different levels and driving alignment without formal authority.
• Strong business judgment with the ability to anticipate issues, challenge assumptions, and solve problems before they impact delivery.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to develop compelling executive presentations, steering committee materials, governance artifacts, and program communications.
