Job summary

Grant Thornton (US) is seeking an Oracle Manager to lead advisory and implementation efforts within the Transformation Practice. You’ll work with a strong team to guide clients through planning, design, build, and deployment of Oracle solutions across multiple industries.

The role emphasizes delivering complex projects on tight timelines with effective communication and leadership. In-person collaboration is expected several days a week as part of a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required; Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 4 years of related consulting experience servicing cross-industry clients at a national level.
• Minimum of 4 full life cycle Oracle implementations.
• Industry recognized professional certification required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases.
• Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals.
• Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing.
• Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption.
• Conduct training classes to prepare end users for deployment.
• Provide post-production support.
