Job summary

Our client, a leading professional services organization with a Belgium-based network of accounting and advisory offices, is seeking a Digital & Process Expert (AI) to drive the digital transformation journey. You will analyze processes, define future-state workflows and lead the adoption of AI-enabled solutions across the organization.

You will collaborate with local offices and key users to ensure successful deployment of new technologies, standardization, and continuous improvement,

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes across accounting offices to identify optimization, standardization and automation opportunities.
• Define future-state processes and select appropriate technologies to support them.
• Drive adoption of digital tools such as accounting, reporting, workflow, and collaboration platforms.
• Identify and implement AI-powered solutions to enhance productivity and reduce manual work.
• Monitor AI/ML, automation and digital trends and translate into concrete opportunities for the business.
• Design and coordinate change management and implementation strategies for large-scale transformation projects.
• Act as trusted advisor to management on digitalization initiatives and process improvements.
• Collaborate with key users and local offices to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
• Support continuous improvement through feedback, reviews and performance monitoring.
• Build and facilitate internal communities to share best practices and AI applications.
• Serve as the link between operations, leadership and tech partners to ensure measurable business value.

As a Digital Expert, you will play a central role in shaping and accelerating the organization's digital and AI transformation agenda.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing existing business processes across accounting offices and identifying opportunities for optimization, standardization, and automation.

• Collaborating closely with key users and local offices to ensure successful adoption of new technologies.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives through feedback collection, process reviews, and performance monitoring.
• Building and facilitating internal communities to share best practices, success stories, and knowledge related to digital tools and AI applications.
• Serving as the link between operational teams, leadership, and technology partners to ensure digital initiatives deliver measurable business value.
