Responsibilities

• Lead individuals, teams, or groups in analyzing goals and driving outcomes
• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of project lifecycles
• Develop governance plans, schedules, team goals, milestones
• Create engagement deliverables and oversee work by transformation consultants
• Conduct discovery meetings and gather client requirements
