Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Governance & Process Manager to enable and continuously improve the governance framework, operating cadence, and transformation processes for enterprise initiatives. You will partner with the Full Potential Office, workstream leaders, and finance teams to ensure disciplined execution and clear accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5–7 years in Transformation, PMO, Enterprise Program Management, Consulting, Strategy Execution, Process Excellence, or Operational Excellence.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise transformations.
• Experience designing governance frameworks and operating models.
• Experience facilitating executive governance meetings and cross-functional forums.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and communications.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and continuously improve the transformation governance model and operating rhythms.
• Structure, track, and resolve governance issues across workstreams and teams.
• Document roles, decision rights, and accountability throughout transformation.
• Monitor adherence to governance standards and drive corrective actions.
• Partner with leaders to escalate and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive consistency of governance practices across current and future workstreams.
• Prepare executive‑ready updates and maintain decision logs and action trackers.
• Lead onboarding and capability-building for new transformation resources.
• Ensure all teams use approved systems, templates, and reporting processes.
• Develop training materials covering governance, methodology, tools, and cadence.
