Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA in Irving, TX is seeking a Manager, Full Potential Office - Finance Transformation to drive governance, value tracking, and reporting for transformation initiatives. You will partner with Finance leaders, Workstream Leads, and the EPMO to ensure initiatives are reflected in Wave and aligned to finance guidance.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in FP&A, transformation, or operational finance, with advanced Excel and Power BI skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field required; MBA or CPA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, transformation, value creation, operational finance, or business performance management.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI and reporting platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Transformation Finance leadership to support end-to-end financial governance of transformation initiatives.
• Maintain and review initiative financials in Wave, including actuals, forecasts, and bankable plan alignment.
• Identify data quality issues and forecast variances that may impact reporting or decisions.
• Support period close and forecast processes by coordinating finance inputs and updates.
• Prepare analyses for Finance Lead calls, check-ins, and executive updates.
• Coordinate follow-up actions with Finance Leads and Workstream teams to resolve items.
• Assist with training and transition of finance governance routines as the program evolves.
• Develop relationships across Finance, Operations, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Growth, and EPMO.
