CliftonLarsonAllen LLP seeks an experienced Associate - Transformation to join our team. Under general guidance, you will review current and future state business processes, identify improvements, integrate technology, and monitor metrics of success.

You will assist in training, document processes, communicate adoption, and collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders across the firm to drive standardized practices and measure KPI progress.

Qualifications

• 1 year of public accounting or professional services experience is preferred.
• Advanced technical knowledge of CLA processes is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Transformation Managers and Directors with project initiatives.
• Support project task tracking and annual assignments.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders across the CLA family to enforce process standards.
