Job summary

EY is seeking professionals for its Transformation Architecture and Delivery practice in the United States. You will help design and deliver transformation programs, work with PMO/TMO, and apply Agile methods to bring strategic objectives to life for diverse clients.

You will engage in technology strategy, operating model design, cost optimization, and enterprise architecture initiatives, across SAP, Cloud, and ERP environments. Travel and cross-functional collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, or a related field.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to contribute effectively, foster inclusivity, and work across diverse teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for a range of audiences
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with intellectual curiosity and a proactive, execution-oriented mindset
• Agile, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in dynamic environments
• Developing commercial awareness and a desire to contribute meaningful impact for global and domestic organizations
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Replit) to enhance productivity, analysis, and solution development
• Willingness and ability to travel and work flexible hours based on client and project needs
• Access to reliable transportation to/from EY offices and client sites, as required
• Experience contributing to large-scale transformation initiatives, including PMO/EPMO activities, transformation office support, and program or portfolio delivery
• Exposure to operating model, process design, or capability roadmap activities across business and technology functions
• Experience with technology strategy or IT transformation topics such as operating model design, cost optimization, sourcing strategies, or enterprise architecture
• Familiarity with program and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Clarity, Planview)
• Experience working with delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
• Ability to apply structured frameworks to solve complex business and technology challenges
• Experience contributing to business development efforts, including RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to analyze data and develop clear, executive-ready deliverables

Responsibilities

• Support transformation initiatives that align with clients’ strategic goals—bridge strategy and execution.
• Assist design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks and governance materials.
• Contribute to PMO/TMO frameworks, risk tracking, and portfolio analyses.
• Prepare client-ready storytelling, performance reporting, and business cases.
• Assist technology strategy work involving operating models, cost optimization, and ERP-related topics.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver measurable value throughout transformation journeys.
