Job summary

You’ll engage in operating model design, process improvement, and technology strategy activities, collaborating with clients and EY colleagues to deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, or a related field.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with ability to work across diverse teams.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, execution-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks and program management approaches.
• Contribute to transformation initiatives aligning with client goals and bridge strategy and execution.
• Assist with governance materials, portfolio analyses, and client-ready storytelling to deliver measurable value.
