- 2+ years of consulting or transformation experience

- Agile mindset with comfort in ambiguous environments
- Develop commercial awareness and client impact focus
- Experience using AI-enabled tools to boost productivity
- Willingness to travel and adjust hours for client needs
Responsibilities
- Support design and delivery of architecture frameworks and governance materials
- Contribute to transformation programs via PMO/TMO and portfolio analyses
- Assist with operating model, process design, and cost optimization initiatives
- Develop client-ready storytelling and performance reporting
- Assist in identifying and pursuing business development opportunities
