Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, or related field.
• Strong collaboration skills across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities for exec-ready deliverables.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with proactive execution.
• Agile, growth-oriented approach with comfort navigating ambiguity.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance productivity and insights.
• Willingness to travel and adapt hours based on client needs.
• Access to reliable transportation to EY offices and client sites.
