Job summary

EY Consulting seeks a Staff to contribute to Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TA&D). You will help bridge strategy and execution across business, technology, and infrastructure, delivering governance, program management, and value realization for client transformations.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply Agile methods (SAFe, Scrum), and contribute to operating models, cost optimization, and enterprise architecture across SAP, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Cloud, and ERP

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience in consulting, business transformation, technology, or a related field.
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to contribute effectively, foster inclusivity, and work across diverse teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for a range of audiences.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with intellectual curiosity and a proactive, execution-oriented mindset.
• Agile, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in dynamic environments.
• Developing commercial awareness and a desire to contribute meaningful impact for global and domestic organizations.
• Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Replit) to enhance productivity, analysis, and solution development.
• Willingness and ability to travel and work flexible hours based on client and project needs.
• Access to reliable transportation to/from EY offices and client sites, as required.

Responsibilities

• Contribution to transformation initiatives aligning with clients’ strategic goals—bridging strategy and execution.
• Support design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks, program management approaches, and value realization structures.
• Assist with TMO/PMO frameworks, Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum, risk/resource tracking, and governance materials.
