Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling or closely related field.
• Experience with individuals with disabilities is desirable.
• Knowledge of federal/state disability programs and services.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in exploring career choices and counsel on vocational goals and services.
• Provide services to promote self-sufficiency and remove barriers.
• Develop and monitor individualized service plans with clients.
• Authorize and approve expenditures for services and goods.
• Review evaluation results with clients to guide career choices.
• Determine VR eligibility and coordinate referrals to providers and partners.
