Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with at least two years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of transfer students and provide proactive, individualized support.
• Coordinate transfer onboarding and programming with campus and university partners.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on coaching engagement and transfer outcomes.
• Assist with admissions, advising, financial aid, and related transfer processes.
